Our provisions include staff-shared residences for multiple placements and separate rooms with instant support and bespoke placements.

Environment / Housekeeping:

RTT will maintain all areas in a clean, hygienic and orderly condition while keeping a pleasant and comfortable ambience for residents, staff and visitors is our goal. Resident safety is of utmost concern; the house contains all safety (i.e. Certified Electric and Gas, Fire/Smoke Alarms system, Emergency Light, Fire Doors) equipment required for HMO.

Maintenance:

Route to Transition is responsible for the repair, maintenance of furniture and equipment where appropriate.  RTT is principally responsible for the repair and maintenance of the property.
